Being a novice to the gym world, I lacked the know-how to safely lift weights. Without guidance, I was sure to injure myself. That's when I sought out the expertise of a personal trainer, namely Maxwell.
Maxwell took the time to identify my strengths (which were feeble) and my weaknesses (were aplenty). He then proceeded to create a workout plan suited to my complete lack of experience. Our goals were realistic and we worked towards them incrementally. I appreciated his ability to explain the rationale behind each exercise and how it related to my personal fitness level and objectives. His encouragement and unwavering support kept me going.
