Without even being prompted, Mohamed went above and beyond in his service by inspecting both my washer and dryer despite only being asked to look at the former. I had mentioned to him about our dryer making a loud knocking sound, and he took it upon himself to investigate. The following day, he returned with all the necessary parts and resolved all the issues with both appliances. My husband was thoroughly impressed with Mohamed's work and even recommended him to his peers.
