Mohammed was a stellar technician who displayed professionalism, expertise and attention to detail in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He installed a Starlink modem/router combo and rooftop antenna, and even conducted testing the same day he provided his quote. Although he had to reschedule his visit to complete caulking, installing a cover, and securing the cable due to waning sunlight, he delivered on his promises during his follow-up visit. Additionally, he ensured that any debris resulting from drilling was tidied up. His hourly rate was well worth the quality of his work, but he surprised me by offering a flat rate that was probably less than his hourly charge due to attending to my project twice.
