We specialize in personalized service and bringing exquisite dining experiences to your doorstep, whether at home or in your office. Get to know Chef Sedale Jones, a native of southern New Jersey, who discovered his passion for cooking at the young age of 17. He started as a caddy at Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill before earning a position in the kitchen. Recognizing his talent, Sedale pursued formal culinary training at The Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, NJ. After graduation, he honed his craft at fine dining establishments throughout New Jersey, including Café Madison, Filomena’s Lakeview, and That’s Amore, as well as Stephen Starr’s restaurants in Philadelphia. Sedale went on to become the Chef de Cuisine at Green Valley Country Club in PA before relocating to Arizona in 2018, where he now serves as the Executive Chef at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club in East Mesa.

Chef Sedale and his team were exceptional! We enlisted their services for our bachelor party and he proved to be quite accommodating in helping us tailor the menu. We were thrilled that he arrived punctually, exceeded our expectations through outstanding service, and prepared mouth-watering food. We opted for family style plating, but he and his team went above and beyond by circulating with bite-sized hors d'oeuvres. Not only is he affordable, but everyone agreed that his meal was the highlight of the weekend!

Chef Sedale demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire experience. He prepared and presented meals for a group of 12 girls, with additional servings for those who wanted more of his delectable cuisine. The main course was outstanding and he even accommodated the dietary needs of the group. It was a remarkable experience and I strongly recommend this service for any dinner party. 10 out of 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

During our bachelorette trip, we enlisted the services of Fire and Ice for our final dinner. Chef Jones was a pleasure to work with, readily available and open to collaboration. The renowned Chef Sedale exceeded my expectations! He exhibited excellent communication skills by inquiring about my food preferences and accommodating any modifications I needed for my graduation buffet. The dishes he prepared were exquisite, bursting with tantalizing flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a chef's exquisite culinary expertise!
