The owner indicated to me that he was keen to undertake the required work, but ultimately left me in an uncertain position. He did not respond to any of my calls or messages. On one occasion, he mentioned that he would visit, prompting me to take time off from work. However, he did not show up, nor did he answer any of my calls or texts. I am uncertain as to how he manages to run a successful business.
