After our builder informed us they no longer carried the type of wood floors we wanted, we searched for an alternative. Luckily, Joe was able to help us acquire the specific floors we were looking for. We chose to work with Joe due to his excellent communication skills, honesty, and ease of collaboration. However, due to our location being quite far from the company (~2h+), the installation took longer than anticipated. Despite this, we were impressed by the customer-oriented approach, the one-year warranty on installation, competitive pricing, and the flexible refund policy.
