Our electric issues turned out to be bigger than we had initially anticipated, and this is where Finch Electric came to our aid. Cody, a true professional, visited our house to examine the challenges we were facing and discussed them with my husband. He used his expertise to identify the problem, and we then received estimates and scheduling for the work. On the day of the task, Cody and his team arrived on time and completed the installation and repairs with great skill. He confidently addressed all our queries and worries, displaying an impressive level of professionalism. Cody and his team were extraordinary. After receiving three bids for my project (replacing all the knob and tube and installing a new panel in my 1918 house), Finch's was the most comprehensive and truthful. Additionally, they were considerably more cost-effective than a prominent contractor in the area. The Finch crew was incredibly pleasant and transparent about their work, even being mindful around my inquisitive toddlers. Furthermore, their customer service team was highly responsive and friendly. In the future, when I require electrical work for my separate garage, I intend to enlist Finch's services once again.

The entire team at Finch Home Solutions exceeded my expectations. Cody's personable demeanor, extensive knowledge, and honesty when discussing necessary repairs, recommended fixes, and optional upgrades impressed me. Booking work with them was an effortless process, thanks to their exceptional service. Jake and Cullen's exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and kindness were simply outstanding. They efficiently replaced the electric panel, added whole-home surge protection, replaced roughly 30 outlets and light switches, installed a remote smart-home switch for the kitchen, added a fault breaker, and managed the permitting process. Overall, I was beyond satisfied with their work!
