Although I tend to be reserved, Matt made me feel comfortable during the pandemic. Prior to scheduling a trial session with him, I was apprehensive since I had never engaged in boxing or training with a personal instructor. Nevertheless, it turned out to be an excellent decision. Matt was supremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive. His energy made me feel at ease, and the workout was phenomenal. As someone concerned about self-defense, I am confident that I will learn a lot from Matt and his team. He paid close attention to my strengths and weaknesses, and even provided helpful dietary advice. Following the session, I felt happy and self-assured, emotions that had been absent for some time.
