Being a fitness trainer and a medical exercise specialist, my goal is to empower individuals to be in control of their health. Exercise is an effective means to alleviate discomfort, enhance flexibility, and enhance overall wellness.

I have gained extensive experience in the field, and can adeptly cater to clients of all levels. Moreover, I conduct reasonably priced fitness classes that provide members with a chance to get expert guidance through multiple sessions every week. The classes are tailored to different fitness levels, with modified options to suit all members.

For the past 2 years, I have been undergoing training sessions with Marita. My physical therapist recommended her due to her expertise and emphasis on health when I was diagnosed with moderate arthritis in my knee that obstructed my hiking.
