After posting my project online to replace my two toilets, Lynden promptly provided me with an estimate. He was excellent in communicating about scheduling. When removing my old toilets, Lynden discovered that they were leaking water and the floor was uneven. He informed me that the new toilet could potentially cause a leak and wobble soon. To solve this issue, he presented me with the option to add stability and spacers to the new toilet or just replace it entirely. Lynden did an outstanding job of replacing the toilets, tidying up the area, and disposing of the old ones. I intend to re-hire him for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to friends and family.
