My roof was expertly replaced by Fidelity Roofing, despite the presence of two non-standard features left by the prior owners; a custom-made skylight and a rotting chimney box. Fidelity Roofing quickly and effectively replaced the skylights, and after signing the contract and selecting the shingle color, we eagerly waited for the materials to arrive. Unfortunately, the chimney box proved to be in poor condition and I struggled to find another contractor to remove it. When Fidelity Roofing learned of my difficulty, they offered to remove the box for a reasonable price, going above and beyond their contracted obligation. During this process, leakage around the skylight became an issue, but Jonathan came to my aid by providing a temporary fix free of charge. Though the customized skylights we had ordered ultimately proved incompatible with the existing structures, Jonathan offered a solution, and the final result was even better than hoped for. Throughout the process, Fidelity Roofing demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction beyond what was expected. Even when supply chain issues delayed the delivery of materials, they refused to accept payment until the job was complete. It is evident that the company's reputation is based not only on the quality of their work, but also on their handling of unexpected situations.
