I am Dan Deichman, an NJ Licensed and Internachi Certified Professional Inspector “CPI”. My services include providing programs and warranties through (RWS) Recall Check, 90-day structural warranty, Sewer guard, platinum protection roof plan (with 5-year leak protection), mold-safe, and termite protection plan with wood destroying insect inspection. Additionally, I completed the “Infraspection Institute” Infrared Inspection for Home and Building Inspectors.

My company's CEO and mascot is my family's rescue dog, Athena. Dogs are known for their loyalty, and Athena is no different. Our logo is a combination of Athena and a lighthouse, representing the reliability and security that our company offers to our clients throughout the stressful and chaotic home buying process. We are committed to guiding clients home with accurate, timely, and thorough reports, allowing them to weather the storms of the home buying process.
