We're uncertain if there was a miscommunication issue, but when my spouse was given the initial quote of $380, it was supposed to encompass the removal of a pile of brush in our backyard. After the completion of the mowing and leaf cleanup, he was informed that they would need to charge an additional fee to deal with the brush. Other than that, they performed well on the yard. However, we're disappointed that the brush pile was not removed.

On CrackerJack, we discovered them. They were prompt in their response and arrived precisely as scheduled. Our task was to remove 16 boxwood shrubs, which their team of 3 accomplished by manually digging them out, eliminating the plants, and tidying up everything within 3 hours. We are thoroughly pleased with their work and strongly endorse them.
