It was a remarkable experience. I travelled out of town without any concerns. During the initial visit, I found the company to be suitable due to the relaxing atmosphere. The caregiver was competent and at ease in handling my cat's minor needs. When I was away, I received regular email updates and timely answers to any queries. Furthermore, her website was straightforward to use, and I admired the simplicity of booking appointments. Our four cats were taken care of excellently by Zorger's pet care during our absence. Although we had a minor issue with our automatic pet feeders, we were able to assist them in resolving it. In the future, we will strive to make things more accessible, including the instruction manual. Nonetheless, they did a fantastic job, and we would unquestionably employ their services again! We were ecstatic to receive email updates after each visit, which reassured us that our cats were doing well. Nikki, thank you so much!
