In how many ways can I express my amazement? This organization is truly extraordinary and has a keen understanding of how to provide exceptional service to all their customers, whether they have two legs or four. They showed such great care and attention to my 95-year-old great uncle's pet as we celebrated his birthday that we are already preparing to contact them again. Before our scheduled appointment, they even made a visit to our residence to meet us and our beloved Duke, displaying their genuine love for animals. Fetch! is an excellent choice for pet care. Leo, my dog, absolutely adores his sitter who is incredibly responsive and attentive while taking care of him. Whenever I'm out of town, whether it's for three or ten nights, I trust Fetch! to look after Leo. Additionally, the owner is fantastic- they met with me promptly when I needed them on short notice, which was unlike my experience with their sister company in Minneapolis. It was disappointing, especially after receiving such exceptional service from Fetch! in Tucson. Still, I highly recommend Fetch! overall.
