To me, training is more than just about fitness; it's a lifestyle transformation that leads to an improved quality of life. These are not mere words, but instead, they are sentiments that ring true for me personally.
A decade ago, I weighed almost 250 pounds, and a trainer helped me lose 70 pounds, thereby transforming my life physically, mentally and emotionally. I'm now certified to be a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.
I cater to busy working fathers who aspire to spend time with their children by losing weight and gaining muscle. Nonetheless, I also have vast experience in catering to individuals who fall in the age bracket of 16 to 85 with the ultimate goal of changing their lives by improving their health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset.
Each person has specific fitness goals, such as participating in a 5K race, fitting into skinny jeans they haven't been able to wear in years, or looking great for a wedding. My goal was to become a better husband and father by enhancing my physical, mental, and emotional health. The role health and wellness plays in achieving those goals is astonishing.
It goes beyond that, however. This is your life, and you want to live it to the fullest. When I was overweight and not in shape, my mood was low, which had an impact on my life in every way possible. Now that I have taken charge of my health, wellness, and overall quality of life, it has affected every aspect of my life positively. I am motivated and passionate about helping others regain control over their lives.

For several months, I have been collaborating with Victor, and even after the outbreak of the pandemic, we continued our sessions through teleconferencing. With just 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week, I have managed to maintain my physical fitness and tone.
