Our commitment to quality begins with our selection of building materials. We use only top-of-the-line products from industry leaders including Timbertech/Azek, Trex, Simpson Strong-Tie, Fortress, Feeney, Westbury, Intex, and more, and we follow current best practices to deliver not only enjoyable and safe living areas, but investments that you and your loved ones can enjoy for years to come.

Not only do we specialize in creating stunning outdoor living spaces, but our design team has experience in managing a variety of other projects, including conceptual drawings, space planning, permit documents, and detailed construction and spec drawings.

(Kindly note: Due to updated manufacturing recommendations and code requirements, we are presently unable to upgrade composite decking for decks that are over ten years old. Decks that are newer than a decade must meet these specifications to be considered.)

To ensure the safety of a second-floor deck and stairs, I engaged Fernald Building Services for immediate repair. The initial response from Jason was prompt and polite. Following an on-site assessment, he promptly provided an estimate that evening which was quite reasonable given the scope of work. As I was not present at the property, Jason's daily detailed emails with pictures showing the work progress were greatly appreciated. I was impressed with the excellent communication skills that kept me in the loop throughout the project.
