She followed my instructions accurately, which was to maintain their complete coats while ensuring that they were spotlessly clean and free of tangles. At five years old, my cat had never gone through grooming. His nails needed clipping, his ears needed cleaning, and his undercoat near his tail had tangles. Since he gets anxious in carriers, leaving him at a pet store or a dog groomer was not an option. CrackerJack provided two recommendations, one of which was Feline Designs owned by Randi. She responded to my request within minutes and addressed all my questions. Given Paxton's size and unpredictable behavior, I wasn't sure how he would react. Randi arrived promptly and put me at ease, assuring me that he would be fine. She brought a carrier, but I chose not to watch and left them alone. She spent ample time with Paxton, and to my surprise, he enjoyed the bath and brush, even purring and sitting on her lap. His appearance and scent were impeccable after the spa treatment, and he was the opposite of what I expected, affectionate and showing off. Randi went above and beyond, even clipping my kitten Kit's nails and cuddling him after. I appreciated her patience, kindness, and professionalism. I am thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend her service.

After grooming them, the dogs appeared stunning. The grooming process was very meticulous and my Golden Retrievers haven't looked this magnificent in years. The service I received was much superior compared to my experience with previous groomers. Furthermore, the grooming van was exceptionally hygienic.
