My fitness journey began with my involvement in AAU Track and Field for Guardian Angles & Galena Park Striders. This soon led to me running for the University of Texas-Pan American, now known as the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where I graduated with an associate's degree in Nutrition Science. During my time as a track athlete, I participated in a range of events such as the 100m, 200m, 4x100, and 4x200, as well as a few field events.
Through my athletic pursuits, I grew both physically and mentally, developing traits such as discipline, self-motivation, and dedication to achieving my goals. These same qualities are what I strive to instill in my clients through my training programs. Over the years, I have acquired a wealth of specialized knowledge and sports performance techniques to provide my clients with the best training possible.
Taking my passion for fitness to the next level, I enrolled in Wake Tech Community College to become a certified personal trainer. This education has enabled me to help my clients lose weight, build strength, and improve their endurance training techniques. My programs incorporate strength and conditioning to help people achieve their fitness goals, increase their confidence, tone their bodies, and most importantly, have fun while learning.
