To get started, I always schedule a phone consultation or preferably a meet and greet where I can assess the venue and determine the optimal layout for the bar. This also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and address any concerns you may have. Hiring someone to come into your home and entertain your loved ones is a big decision, and I want to ensure that I am the perfect fit for your occasion.
As part of my services, I will provide you with a comprehensive shopping list, including recommended brands, bottle sizes, and even the quantity of ice needed so you can confidently leave the bar in my capable hands. I pride myself on delivering a worry-free experience for my clients so you can relax and enjoy the party.
In addition to the essentials, I will consult with you to determine the bar's design and decor. The bar will be elevated to "bar height" at 42 inches, adorned with upscale matching linens, decor, and lighting, and integrated with your event's overall aesthetic. I put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect setup, so I require access to the venue three hours prior to the start of your event.
From elegant plastic drinkware, napkins, straws, and coolers to tables and more, I offer everything you need to make your event a success. If you have any questions or need additional suggestions, I'm always available to assist with planning and execution. I take immense pride in my work and enjoy seeing my clients and their guests have a great time.
