Our outdoor wedding yesterday (6/3/17) was a fantastic success thanks to Fatboysbbqbus! Both the food and staff were a hit with our guests- everyone loved it. Fred, the owner, was a real professional with a fantastic sense of humor. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Now, let's talk about the food. It was amazing! The beef brisket was so tender it fell apart before it entered your mouth, and it definitely wasn't dry like some brisket can be. The smoked turkey had the perfect amount of smoke flavor and paired excellently with their homemade bbq sauce. The Smoked Gouda mac n cheese with bacon was a must-try for mac and cheese lovers- it was simply amazing! Hams & Hots, corn on the cob, macaroni salad and cornbread were also delicious.
My husband and I had no complaints regarding our experience with Fatboysbbqbus. Their reasonable pricing was definitely worth it for the amount of food our guests received- no one left hungry! We wanted a backyard bbq wedding and Fatboysbbqbus delivered big time- it was casual, fun and loved by all. Thank you so much Fatboysbbqbus for making our wedding day perfect.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday and it was a delightful surprise. The culinary experience was exceptional. Fred and his team exhibited high levels of professionalism and exemplary service delivery. I highly recommend the scrumptious FATBOYSBBQ mac & cheese, and the brisket was cooked to tender perfection, as if it had been slow-cooked in a crockpot for at least eight hours. Additionally, their signature barbecue sauce paired perfectly with the chicken breasts. It was definitely top-notch.
