Fast Movers LLC exhibited integrity and provided outstanding work. The delivery of a heavy glass top dining table measuring 7x3.5 feet along with 8 chairs was exceptional. Javon and his team, consisting of two men, took special care in safeguarding the glass by wrapping it before loading it onto the trailer, and then unloading and installing the glass top in my home. Despite experiencing a payment issue after the job, Javon rapidly collaborated with me and CrackerJack to resolve the matter, which was greatly appreciated. For my state to state move from a storage unit, I hired Fast Movers to assist in loading a truck. Unfortunately, the previous movers did not provide any protective wrapping for our furniture. Thankfully, Javon and his partner took it upon themselves to carefully wrap and shrink all our belongings before loading them into the truck. They did an efficient job and loaded everything necessary with a solid foundation. The wrapping proved to be crucial as I encountered a storm during my drive that night. Fast Movers exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services. I plan to hire them again for the remaining items stored in the future.

From start to finish, our experience with Jayvon and Bobby was nothing short of amazing! We recently downsized from a 2000 sqft multi-story loft filled with super heavy furniture and a unique, heavily-weighted massage chair, which we affectionately call "The Space Ship," to a 2 bedroom lakeview apartment. Despite the challenges posed by our move, Jayvon and Bobby went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They promptly responded to our initial inquiry, and were diligent in following up with us throughout the process. Given the volume and weight of our possessions, our move was a lengthy process that required meticulous attention to detail. The condo's long hallways, stairs, and elevators only added to the complexity. However, the JB team was up to the challenge, using their engineering and customer service skills to solve any problems that arose. Even when a couple of our larger items couldn't fit into the apartment, including The Space Ship, they went out of their way to find creative solutions that ensured we were completely satisfied with the outcome. We are so impressed with Jayvon and Bobby's work that we will be customers for life.
