Description:

For 24 years, I have been providing piano tuning, repairs, and rebuilding services to Hillsborough County and nearby communities. My services are of a professional standard, covering all aspects of piano maintenance.

As a graduate of the Potter School of Piano Technology and a member of the Piano Technicians Guild, I have extensive knowledge on piano design and building. I have also delivered lectures on this subject at regional, national, and international educational piano conventions for various piano technician organizations.

My piano services are offered at competitive prices and are always up-to-date in these changing times. However, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, I am now only accepting appointments from vaccinated customers who are willing to adhere to CDC guidelines on social distancing and mask wearing. As someone who is fully vaccinated and double boosted, I will also wear a mask during appointments to ensure the safety of all involved.

Exceptional service was provided by the piano tuner. He invested time to elucidate the actions he was undertaking and the reasoning behind it. Since we are new to owning a piano, we valued the considerable time taken to clarify the tuning procedure. We would unquestionably employ his services again.

I cannot praise Terry enough! I requested his services to assess my 1904 Yamaha concert grand piano, aware of the extensive repairs it required. His excellent reputation in CrackerJack influenced my decision. Since Terry returned my instrument a few weeks ago, it has never sounded better. Terry did caution me that my piano's age might necessitate some minor adjustments, albeit only one key required attention, which I know he will resolve promptly. However, considering my baby's age of 118 years, this is understandable. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Terry to anyone seeking piano services.

The service was fantastic! Throughout the entire duration of his visit, I felt at ease, and he conducted himself with great respect and kindness. My piano now looks absolutely stunning thanks to his efforts! He provided thorough explanations whenever necessary and always ensured my consent before proceeding with the next phase of the project. He spent three hours working on our recently acquired (yet old) piano and completely transformed it!
