Despite the sudden request, he handled the job splendidly. He was reasonable, punctual, and conducted himself in a highly professional manner. Following the wedding, he delivered an exceptional highlight video along with a comprehensive recording of the entire ceremony, as per our wishes. Additionally, he completed the task within the estimated time frame, a rare feat in the wedding industry. Regrettably, I am compelled to articulate this feedback. While I found Ben to be an amicable individual, his final product deviated greatly from my specifications. The video's duration was only about a third of what I had requested, and Ben has faulted me for not conveying my expectations adequately, despite my having given him a clear and comprehensive brief. Moreover, he insisted on full payment for a product that was insufficient for my needs, and refused to deliver the remainder until I had compensated him in full, an amount beyond what I would pay even for the entire video. Additionally, his agreed-upon two to three-week timeframe for completion was not met, but instead took two months and three weeks, while still only delivering an inadequate product. I must advise against enlisting his services unless you are content to pay for something that fails to meet your needs, and for which he will offer no recourse. I am sorry, Ben, that we could not reach a satisfactory resolution despite my attempts at dialogue.
