Faith Flooring was tasked with removing shoddy laminate flooring and installing LVP in the apartment. The finished work showed superior quality with no gaps or damaged flooring. Quarter round and stairs were completed perfectly, along with a threshold installation resolving a floor rise. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was of excellent quality.

The original hardwood floors in our 1916 home were refinished in an amazing way. Despite having to patch a few areas, the job was done so well that it's almost impossible to spot the difference between the patched and original parts of the floor.

My experience with a highly-rated hardwood flooring company in the area was unpleasant. The team of three they sent out to install the floor over a two-day period left numerous scratches, dents, dings, and large gaps. The company offered to fix the issues, but their attempts to hide the mistakes left me with irreparable doubts about their work and level of care. I searched for another company to redo everything from scratch and found Faith Floors on CrackerJack. Their quote was $3500 cheaper than half of the other companies that quoted the job, and they showed the most understanding of my dissatisfaction with the previous work. Unlike other companies, Faith Floors agreed that the previous job was inexcusable, which gave me confidence in their attention to detail and level of care. Faith sent out their best guy, Andrew, who spent the better part of the week redoing the job. I gave him some ideas on what I was looking for, and he was receptive to everything I asked for. The end product was better than I could have hoped for, with not a single gap or scratch to be found. Andrew's work was incredibly tight, proving that a capable installer who cares about the quality of their work can produce exceptional results. I had the same model of flooring installed for a cheaper price and much better quality. I highly recommend the work Andrew did and the fair price that Faith Floors charged for the job. When I eventually have my downstairs hardwood refinished, I won't look anywhere else.

Although my hardwood floors are as old as my house, they still exude a gorgeous blonde color. As I recently had them refinished, I am delighted with the result. Faith floors delivered top-quality work at a competitive rate, and I am seriously considering hiring their services again!
