Hello! I have been licensed in business since 2005 and specialize in face painting and glitter tattoos. If you are interested in my other specialties like caricatures and other art and illustration, please inquire on my website or email.
My face painting service is in high demand and hired by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. You can see over 100 photos of my work, but please note that it may take more than one tap on the photo that says "see all 145" pictures due to a glitch. I offer unique and artistic designs, as well as simple "cookie-cutter" designs. Seeing the smiles and sparkle in the eyes of clients is the most rewarding part of my job.
Aside from face painting, I also offer glitter tattoos with an inventory of hundreds of new designs. I work with clients of all ages, from kids to seniors, for various events such as birthday parties, picnics, weddings, and corporate events. You can view the list of areas I serve on my website.
My rate is variable and billing can be done in 1/2 hour increments if extra time is requested. My designs take about 3 to 5 minutes per person with an average of 12-15 painted per hour. I require a non-refundable deposit for first-time clients and can accept deposit through a check in the mail or through PayPal. Cash payment is required upon arrival at the event if the deposit check for reservation has issues clearing the bank.
I have received commendations from various clients for my creativity, flexibility, patience with children, and excellent work with both simple and complex designs. I invest heavily in my supplies and learning to provide my clients with memorable success at their events. Karen did an exceptional job organizing our children's 4 and 6-year-old birthday festivities. She arrived adequately equipped with a binder of age-appropriate ideas and had made arrangements based on our daughters' preferences for characters such as Hello Kitty, Paw Patrol, and My Little Pony, which was remarkable. The artefacts that the children received included season-themed leaves, rainbows, a Rainbow Dash My Little Pony, Hello Kitty, an art palette with paintbrushes, Iron Man, Hulk, a skeleton face, and many more. Everyone, including both children and adults, was impressed with the quality and uniqueness of her facial art paintings. Karen was an excellent communicator, arrived early with a professional setting, and was extremely patient with each child. I highly suggest hiring her for any gathering.
