I signed a contract earlier this year with Faby and paid a $225 deposit for her to be the makeup artist at my wedding ceremony. We arranged a makeup trial before the ceremony and confirmed the date and time via text four days prior. On the day of the makeup trial, I had to take time off from work and arrange additional transportation due to a medical condition that prevents me from driving. However, a few hours before the scheduled time, Faby requested to reschedule due to an upcoming storm and her need to be with her children. I declined the rescheduling, and ultimately informed her a few days later that I will not be needing her services as I couldn't rely on her to show up on my wedding day. Despite losing my deposit, I did not want any negative energy on my special day. Faby insisted that I couldn't understand a mother's priorities and blamed me for not being flexible with her schedule. She was compensated $225 for her failure to fulfill the job she was hired for. I hope that others do not experience the same thing.

I cannot emphasize enough the outstanding experience we had with Faby. Her mastery of her craft is truly remarkable, and we will definitely request her services again.
