Carmen and Rose were exceptional! Despite many months of searching for a reliable and thorough house cleaner with a positive attitude, we finally discovered Carmen. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work. Our countertops were gleaming, hand towels arranged immaculately, toilet paper meticulously folded into roses, and floors spotless. All glass and mirrors were restored to a crystal-clear shine, every surface thoroughly dusted, and all appliances were immaculate. Carmen even vacuumed between our couch and dining seat cushions and cleaned all picture frames and artwork. They take great pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. Unlike other cleaners I have tried, Carmen and Rose never cut corners, using only mild and pleasant cleaning supplies instead of cheap and strong chemicals. Carmen, the owner, was my cleaner, meaning she personally oversaw every detail. Her sweet disposition made me feel comfortable leaving her alone to clean. I have already recommended Carmen and Rose to several people in our community and two family members looking for a fantastic house cleaner. They are highly recommended for their excellent and exceptional work. Personally, I am not easily impressed, and I always seek out individuals who value excellence and go the extra mile. Carmen deserves 100 stars, she's absolutely amazing! Our home is spotless thanks to her meticulous work. I've been unwell for three months and finally gave in to the idea of hiring someone to help with the cleaning. I was so impressed by Carmen's work that I even hired her to clean my parents' home as a Christmas present for them. They were equally as impressed and relieved since my mom was feeling unwell and couldn't keep up with the cleaning.
