Their responsiveness and punctuality were commendable; a rarity in service providers! They resolved a complex issue that included fixing the switch, wiring (including the archaic knob and tube technique), and installing new light fixtures. They were amicable and cooperative. However, despite their website listing discounts, I did not receive any such benefit. Also, I felt that the pricing was somewhat expensive.

The job was done remarkably well! The response time was prompt and the appointment was scheduled swiftly. There was a requirement for a new light chandelier to be fixed, which was done without any difficulties. He also quickly uninstalled the old one and installed the new one. I intend to hire him again for other household projects and would highly recommend him!
