We are certified, licensed, insured, and offer a 10-year labor warranty. We also sell flooring. Our standard labor charges for quotes are listed below:

Installation:
- Laminate and luxury vinyl plank: $2.00 per square foot
- Engineered hardwood: $3.75 per square foot (+ $0.75 with glue down)
- Solid hardwood: $4.00 per square foot (+ $0.75 with glue down)
- Reinstall baseboard: $1.00 per linear foot (+ $0.75 with caulking)
- Quarter round/cabinet trim/caulk (tubs/stairs): $2.25 per linear foot
- New baseboard: $3.00 per linear foot (with caulking)
- Toilets/vanity: $90.00/$125.00 per installment
- New toilets/vanity assemble and install: $300.00-$400.00
- Standard stairs: $90.00-$100.00 per step
- Carpet tucks: $25.00 per tuck
- Subfloor: $1.25/$1.50 per square foot

- Removal:
- Laminate, luxury vinyl plank: $1.10 per square foot
- Sheet vinyl (with particle board): $1.50 per square foot
- Hardwood floors: $1.50 per square foot
- Tile removal: $3.00-$3.50 per square foot
- Carpet removal: $0.30 per square foot
- Toilets/vanity’s: $90.00/$100.00
- Door jams: $8.00 per door jam
- Cabinet cuts:
- Laminate, LVP: $2.75 per square foot
- Sheet vinyl: $3.50 per square foot
- Tile: $3.75 per square foot
- Self-leveling labor: $85.00 per bag
- Patch leveling labor: $70.00 per bag

Other:
- Minimal job amount: $375.00
- Jobs under 250 square feet: $2.00 per square foot
- Miscellaneous carpentry, framing, and repairing may vary in pricing
- Pick up and delivery:
- Flooring material (additional $0.40 per square foot)
- New baseboard (additional $0.40 per linear foot)
- Moving appliances (Depends on if appliance needs to be reconnected or moved multiple times): $30.00 to remove, $30.00 to reinstall
- Moving a lot of furniture: $125.00-$150.00 per day depending on amount
- Extra trip fees: $75.00
- Repair work: $120.00 per hour
- New appliance and new plumbing set-ups are more than reinstallation prices
- Sales assistance fee (material): $200.00
