For more than 17 years, Kim Cipolla has been working with dogs and their owners. She has vast experience handling dogs of different ages, sizes and temperaments. Kim's main goal is to improve the relationship between dogs and their owners by using clear, consistent cues and body language. Furthermore, she focuses on rewarding good behavior and redirecting undesirable ones. Her training techniques help owners communicate effectively with their pets to achieve desired outcomes.
In particular, Kim is skilled at addressing common behavior problems exhibited by rescue dogs. She offers classes to teach basic skills and resolve issues such as leash aggression, improper greetings, unreliable recall and housebreaking. Kim is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), certified for Canine Good Citizenship and insured.

From our very first phone call, Kim demonstrated exceptional insight and knowledge about our two Beagles, which surpassed anything we had previously heard or considered. On the day of training, Kim arrived punctually and was fantastic with our boys, who quickly picked up the commands. Kim is simply incredible! After only two sessions with her, our three-month-old golden retriever puppy has already mastered potty training, sitting, coming, watching, and lying down, and has made significant improvements in the "leave it" command. Additionally, she has assisted in our puppy's successful crate training! We are thrilled with Kim and couldn't be happier with our choice. We're eagerly anticipating our third session with her! 💕

Working with Kim was an absolute pleasure--her gentle approach with dogs is unparalleled. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, our dog Ginger, who had been prone to resource guarding and snippiness, is now much safer and more manageable. Kim is amazing! When we adopted a dog last November, we quickly realized we lacked knowledge on how to handle him. We enrolled in a 3-visit package and after the first visit, we gained some incredible tools that gave us a sense of relief and boosted our dog's confidence.
