As a coach based in Surprise, AZ, my mission is to guide clients towards a superior version of themselves through a combination of mental and physical performance training. My workout sessions are conducted in a private onsite garage gym/studio and are available by appointment only. Being a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, I take pride in imparting knowledge to my clients, which they can carry with them for their entire lives. In addition to creating personalized programs, my coaching style involves motivating and believing in my clients. I build long-lasting relationships with all my clients and work towards helping them achieve their ultimate fitness goals.

We offer our coaching services in three formats: In-Person, Online (Zoom/App), and Hybrid (part in-person and part online). If you're seeking assistance in achieving your fitness goals, feel free to reach out to us via message or phone call.

For college students or active military personnel, our 1 on 1 and small group training packages come with a discount ranging from $20 to $100, depending on the number of sessions booked per week.

He not only assists in your improvement, but he also meets you where you are currently at. Andrew aims to integrate new movements and exercises that suit your body type. He is committed to supporting you on your journey, regardless of where it takes you. Andrew is personable, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with as your coach. He even captures your movements on a video to help you break them down and celebrate your progress. You will not find someone who is more motivated by your success than Andrew. For two months, Andrew has been training me and there's nothing but positivity to express! Being a novice at workouts, he made me feel at ease and confident throughout the whole journey. Working with Andrew for just over 9 weeks has been an excellent experience! Initially, I experienced lower back pain, and within the first week, I even hurt my back which was quite upsetting since I had started my workout with full enthusiasm. My chiropractor recommended a few exercises to avoid until my lower back was stronger. However, Andrew's guidance and effective exercises supported me throughout the process of building my strength back up safely. In just one month of training, I noticed a significant difference in my body and lower back. With every passing week, I hit a new personal record during my workouts, and I perceive an overall improvement in my body. And thankfully, I have not encountered any more issues with my back. I am grateful to Andrew for his patience, understanding, and the dedicated support he offers to his clients, consistently encouraging and prioritizing their safety.
