Recently, I have found it necessary to clarify a few things. I do charge an initial fee for my services as this covers my expenses, including fuel, time and the cost of CrackerJack. I specialize in window repair, but not glass repair. I am also skilled at installing appliances such as over-range microwaves, refrigerators and water lines, as well as cleaning out dryer vents. Recently, I have fixed two water supply lines for washing machines that were corroded. Please remember that the initial fee is necessary.

My work ethic is professional and I always show up for appointments. If I am unable to make it, I keep my customers informed. I have a friendly and approachable attitude, which has enabled me to turn many of my customers into lifelong friends.

I have had the privilege of being entrusted with the security of high-end homes. I was taken aback when one customer even entrusted me to look after her young child. I have built strong relationships with my clients and have shared many holidays, birthdays and dinners with them.

The satisfaction of seeing my customers’ relief and happiness after fixing their problems is what drives me. I take immense pride in instilling confidence and trust in my clients - they can rely on me to take care of their issues.
