My garage service door suffered from a hinge plate and screw damage that took Bryce's expertise to repair. He provided me with an excellent solution that spared me significant discomfort and met my satisfaction. As a result, I am a delighted client and strongly endorse his services.

Although I am hesitant to leave a less than positive review, the experience with CrackerJack was disappointing. Despite having an established handyman, we sought last-minute help and chose them based on reviews. Initially, the handyman checked out the necessary materials and provided a total cost. However, the job started late and only half of the promised team arrived due to an illness. The primary handyman left mid-day due to their own illness, leaving both bathrooms dismantled and in disarray. They advised they would return early the next day, but then changed the time multiple times before sending a subpar helper who was unclear of the job's scope. The primary handyman returned the next day to complete the job, but made no efforts to clean either job site. Upon payment, they wanted to charge for additional time despite the project's scope remaining the same. Unfortunately, there were several issues that arose after they left. On the plus side, the upstairs wall and baseboard repair that the primary performed was well done. Overall, if it weren't for timing and unforeseen circumstances, this experience could have gone smoother.

Working with Bryce was a fantastic experience. Right from the beginning, he maintained clear and consistent communication with me. He kept me updated on the progress of the project and any obstacles that came up along the way. Bryce proactively sought out ways to minimize costs wherever possible and provided a transparent cost breakdown. I would definitely work with him again!

Additionally, they offered a fantastic recommendation for matching paint, which has been an excellent match with a 100% success rate. The job was accomplished superbly, and I would gladly hire them again and strongly recommend them.
