However, it’s important to consider that the results align with the price - they won't thoroughly polish the floors but rather provide a surface polish and new wax/sealant coat, resulting in a decent shine but not a complete overhaul. Additionally, they don't address any cracks or chips. Overall, this service is ideal for floors in good condition that require a slight rejuvenation. It's worth noting that communication with Evelyn was exceptional, making the experience very stress-free.
