Joel and the installers were excellent to work with. They were always punctual, professional, and provided top-notch workmanship. We placed an order for numerous windows and 4 doors (3 conventional doors as well as a screen door) with Joel and his crew. Although we encountered some complications with one of the doors (which was not Joel's fault- it was due to a manufacturing defect), the problem was resolved quickly! We are thrilled with our new doors and windows!! In fact, we are already contemplating our next project with Joel. He is very accommodating and not overbearing in the least.
