My Samsung refrigerator gave me some trouble recently when the replacement water filter that I installed wasn't connecting properly and started leaking water. However, I was able to promptly schedule a service appointment and Roy confirmed his on-time arrival on the day of the appointment. During the service, I described the issue to him and he quickly determined that the problem was not with the refrigerator but with the filter. He even demonstrated the discrepancies between the two versions and kindly offered some helpful advice related to Samsung and LG appliances. Overall, Roy was very professional, pleasant and informative.

Roy arrived at the scheduled time, and he proved to be incredibly knowledgeable. Upon examination, it was determined that the dishwasher board was burnt out. Rather than repairing it, Roy suggested that we replace it instead. I would not hesitate to call him again for future repairs.
