We are highly professional in meeting your expectations with services including treatment, cleaning, and punctuality. With a strong market presence of two years, we have achieved excellent results in haircuts for Maltese and Shih Tzu dogs.

I take pleasure in being very patient with dogs who come to me feeling anxious. They soon realize my positive attitude and the relaxing ambiance with soft music and the utmost care. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the finished result of my work.

Jeanatte is an extremely professional, punctual, and dependable groomer. She arrived early and fulfilled my exact requirements for my puppy's grooming. Although I was slightly anxious about my 6-month-old Golden Doodle's first grooming session, Jeanatte did an excellent job with her. Additionally, she took her time to teach me how to maintain her coat as it grows to avoid any knots or matting in the future.

While the lady was very pleasant, I cannot recommend her services to any doodle owners. Although my dog had ear mats and a mat under his chin that needed to be trimmed, the rest of his body was perfectly fine. However, when I received my dog back, I realized that his whole body was cut unevenly with visible trimmer lines, and his face was shaved like a poodle instead of leaving the fluff around his nose and eyes, which resulted in an unflattering appearance. Additionally, there were still some eye gunk left. Despite asking for a teddy bear cut, I'm uncertain if the lady was accustomed to this particular style. Although I appreciated the lady's kindness, I will not be utilizing her services again.

Due to his reluctance with other groomers, even at the vet, our dog's nails were never trimmed. However, with the assistance of Expert Grooming, we were finally able to get them properly trimmed.
