What a fantastic experience! I was tasked with cleaning out my sister's apartment which was three hours away from where I live. It wasn't practical to bring everything back with me, so I searched on the computer for a local solution and luckily came across Expert Clutter. I sent a text asking if they could assist us on a Sunday when we were moving the valuable items, and they promptly responded with an email confirming their availability. I then asked if they could help the following day, and even though they were already fully booked, they agreed to come later in the day. They estimated their arrival to be around 3 pm, but impressed us by texting at 1 pm notifying us of their approach. The team of three who came were friendly gentlemen who did a fantastic job, finishing well before the expected time, allowing me to leave early.
