The document that needed notarization was incomplete and, to make matters worse, the malfunctioning network made it impossible to print the missing pages on site. Nonetheless, Maria stayed calm and persevered, finding a solution by transferring the file from my laptop to hers without the need for internet and even utilizing an emergency printer she had in her car. Despite the setback that would have taken only 10 minutes, Maria spent nearly an hour resolving the issue while displaying incredible patience.
