My expectations were exceeded by Chef Daniel's performance. I provided him with a rough outline of my desires, and he took care of the remainder. He created a stunning custom menu to fit my particular tastes and the atmosphere of the occasion. On the day of the event, I was ecstatic. Chef Daniel and his team were exceptionally professional, yet the dining experience was enjoyable. As for the cuisine, it was some of the finest I've ever tasted. He utilized fresh fish and shrimp caught that morning in the Florida Keys. The food was not only flavorful but also displayed in a beautiful motif. I will undoubtedly employ his services again in the future. If you're undecided about scheduling, don't be— take the plunge, and you'll be happy you did.

I don't even know where to start! It's been a few weeks since our culinary experience with Chef Daniel, and I'm still just as enamored with his work. The entire evening was simply impressive. From the initial consultation, I knew we were in for a treat, but I was blown away by the quality and excellence of the cuisine. We hosted a small dinner for six people at an Airbnb home, and even our guests are still singing Chef Daniel and Mari's praises! The night was going splendidly, and my boyfriend decided to turn his birthday celebration into a marriage proposal! Mr. Schillinger was incredibly professional and knew precisely how to assist my beau in presenting the ring. It was an evening we'll never forget! Chef D proved to be the epitome of professionalism from the outset, setting the bar high for the other contenders. While the competitors served up impersonal, pre-prepared menus for the New Year, Chef D provided a bespoke menu tailored to our needs, drawing on his industry connections to secure fresh oysters from beyond South Florida. Chef D and his business partner Mary were prompt and efficient in both contract management and execution, arriving on time and delivering on their promises with bells and whistles aplenty. Every course was explained in detail, showcasing the thought and effort behind each dish. Chef D and Mary were personable and engaged, striking the perfect balance between conversation and allowing our group to interact without interruption. Most importantly, they left the kitchen spotless, delivering on their commitment to clean up after themselves. As New Yorkers, we take our food seriously, and Chef D and Co exceeded our expectations in every way. The value for money was exceptional, comparable in quality and scale to a meal in a fine dining establishment.
