Has a "Tech" person ever made you feel stupid for not knowing what was wrong with your device? I experienced this myself years ago, and it motivated me to become a Tech guy who treats others with respect. With 30+ years in the IT Field, I've worked on nearly every type of device and am happy to provide both local and remote assistance through CrackerJack, where I've won the Best of 2015 award due to fantastic customer feedback.

I take pride in educating clients about avoiding computer issues and providing software education and support, operating system recovery, antivirus and security services. My ultimate goal is to foster long-term relationships with customers via excellent service and reasonable prices, rather than exploiting them for profit.

Thanks to my extensive experience in technology problem-solving, I love tackling even the most challenging issues that people face with their devices. My passion is not only resolving tech problems but also getting to know the people I help.
