I was surprised at how quickly Al responded to my inquiry, and even more surprised to learn that he could schedule the repair on the same day. Within hours of my initial contact, Al was on his way to my location, and he even called ahead to let me know when to expect him. He arrived on time and quickly got to work assessing the situation. While working, he wore shoe covers and a mask, which I appreciated. The water valve replacement was completed efficiently and correctly. Overall, I had a great experience with EverLast Services and would definitely use them again.
