They did not fulfill our expectations and were dismissed. Despite being informed that my down payment would be transferred through Venmo, I have yet to receive it from them.

As of December 2022, Evergreen reached out to me and assured me that their previous conduct is not characteristic of their business, and they have taken measures to rectify the situation. They sent another sales/design representative to reevaluate the project and assure us that the previous employee's behavior does not align with their company's values. I am content with their responsiveness and once again considering them as a potential contractor for our remodel/repair project. In November 2022, I informed Evergreen about the specifics of our project and requested quotes. Johnny was the first representative to visit our site, but he made it clear that their usual projects cost $50,000 or more and they do not usually accept small projects. Nonetheless, he proceeded to gather measurements and information about our requirements. Then, he gave me a price estimate without letting me know whether it was appropriate for the job. He began hard selling, insisting I pay a 10% deposit to reserve the price. When I declined, explaining that I needed to discuss with my husband first, he called the office and lied that I demanded a better rate, which I had not. These tactics made me feel pressured, and I refused to give him any money. Johnny continued to try to force me to put down a 5% deposit and forfeit the tax. He even threatened the company would refuse to perform the task if I wasn't willing to commit and put down a deposit on the day. I informed him that I was not interested in making any commitment without consulting my partner and that I was not ready to pay a deposit right away. After I repeated this again and again, Johnny left. The way Johnny behaved during the site visit and the quote he gave us were unprofessional. Even if Evergreen did exemplary work, I would not hire them for this project due to the salesperson's behavior.

In our attempt to receive an estimate for a kitchen renovation, we made contact. However, as they do not collaborate with insurance companies, we will need to seek an alternative provider. Nonetheless, the individual who reached out to us was affable and provided helpful information.

The individual who arrived to provide a quote for the bathroom had minimal knowledge.

Evergreen Pro Remodeling renovated my outdated kitchen from 1985. Victoria helped me with the design and Logan oversaw the project as the manager. The entire process was seamless and efficient. I adore my new kitchen; it was completed on schedule and the cost was very reasonable.
