Working with Events by Tiffany was a breeze, as she was quick to answer any queries. Despite an added 5% service fee, she remained the most reasonably priced provider. She put in considerable effort to ensure the balloon garland matched our backdrop, filling gaps with more balloons and making necessary tweaks. Her extra effort is definitely valued, and the end result was superb.
