Hello!
I am Dana, providing Wedding and Event Management, Coordination, and Planning services. Our team begins working with the couple up to 3-6 months before the wedding, helping them with all the planning and organization they need. On the day of the wedding, we oversee and manage everything so that it flows seamlessly from start to finish.

Our package includes:
- Overseeing and managing the installation of the wedding day at the ceremony and reception
- Assisting the bride and groom in creating a detailed itinerary/timeline
- Overseeing and managing the thorough follow-through of the itinerary/timeline on the wedding day
- Reviewing the itinerary with vendors, photographers, DJs, etc., and working closely with the MC/DJ to ensure adherence to the itinerary
- Conducting a reception walk-through of the venue with the bride/groom prior to the wedding to help with floor plan, seating, decor, and timeline
- Overseeing and managing vendor arrivals and set up
- Serving as the point of contact for vendors and guests on the wedding day
- Organizing and coordinating the ceremony and ceremony rehearsal (2 hrs - as needed)
- Facilitating a smooth transition between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- Cueing entrances, first dance, family dances, speeches, dinners, toasts, bouquet/grater toss, performances, cake cutting, etc.
- Organizing and distributing bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for wedding party and family
- Ensuring that all items such as cake topper/knife, place cards, party favors, guest book, etc. get to the ceremony and reception and are set up
- Assisting with organizing seating arrangements, party favors, menu cards, photos, candy bar
- Handling payment distributions/tips on the wedding day to vendors
- Ensuring gifts, cards, personal items, and any other important items go to designated cars at the end of the night
- Assisting wedding guests and the wedding party as needed
- Supervision, management, and coordination on the wedding day
- Fulfilling any special/specific tasks or requests of the bride/groom throughout the day

Our package includes one coordinator and one assistant for up to 10-12 hours of service on the event day, depending on consultation with the coordinator. We also offer up to two in-person meetings with the coordinator prior to the event day and unlimited communication via talk, text, or email. We also have partial planning packages available.

to have hired them for my special day. Wow! The bartending at my wedding was truly amazing. Dana and her assistant arrived on schedule, with an impeccable work ethic. We had an open bar that kept everyone tipsy and they served some spectacular drinks. They did it all with a great sense of humour and cool vibe, and were especially efficient. Despite the pre-made drinks, they were even able to whip up some brand new specialty drinks on the fly. I couldn't have been happier to have had them on my big day.
