For nearly a year, I have been training with Evan, a trainer who impresses me to be intelligent, experienced, and devoted. Initially, I took tennis classes with him, but when I learned that he was a personal trainer, I knew he could help me with my weight loss journey. Weight has been an issue for me for a long time. When we started working together, Evan listened to my struggles and devised a plan to assist me in losing weight. His patience and encouragement are remarkable, particularly since I am not a very co-operative person when it comes to exercise. However, Evan doesn't let me give up. He meets with me a minimum of three times each week, and after each session, he inquires about how I am feeling. Evan's knowledge of fitness and diet is impressive. He researches and implements outstanding techniques and equipment to assist me in improving my strength, flexibility, and balance. Above all, he is determined to help me achieve my objectives, and every session is challenging and enjoyable. As a result, my fitness level has improved considerably, as has my endurance and balance. Most notably, since working with Evan, I have lost a total of 30 pounds.
