Eva Redamonti

Eva Redamonti is a multi-talented artist hailing from New York, excelling in fine art, illustration, animation and multi-media art, and music. Highly regarded by prestigious creative organizations such as Adobe, the Society of Illustrators, Communication Arts and American Illustration, Eva specializes in digital art, illustration, comics and traditional inking techniques. She boasts two silver medals from the Society of Illustrators in both animation and illustration, with a lot of her editorial illustration work centered on topics such as empowerment, futurism, and mental health. Currently teaching in the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, Eva has worked with clients such as CNN, Politico Magazine, NPR, The New York Times, and Wired, among others.

From Eva's perspective, everyone has an artistic side; hence as an art educator and tutor, Eva believes in inspiring her students by regularly sharing her knowledge of various creative art tools, techniques, and artists. She maintains that making art fun and engaging during classes is vital to nurturing great ideas. Eva's approach involves giving undivided attention to students while critiquing their artwork, solidifying every class member's development and growth. Through establishing a relaxed, caring, and comfortable classroom environment, Eva enjoys encouraging fruitful discussions concerning the artwork students create. In her view, creating art does not depend on fancy tools or supplies as one can work with whatever is available creatively.

Eva has taught a wide range of age groups, including adults and children. Her stint at Adobe, noteworthy artist residency programs, musical collaborations, and exhibitions in New York and beyond is a testament to her versatility. Eva acquired a Bachelor's in Music from Boston, Massachusetts, furthering her artistic studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
