When the work was completed, I wasn't present as I was out of town. But upon my return, I noticed some problems with the grouting. To be fair, it was a challenging task considering the glass tile and thin grout lines in a dimly lit kitchen. My spouse informed me that persuading them to return would be futile. However, they were quick to respond and sent over an employee with instructions to ensure my satisfaction. And he succeeded! In today's world, it's challenging to discover someone who guarantees their work, but they stood by their word. If you're looking for reliable workers, don't hesitate to hire them.

I had five different vendors provide quotes for a full bathroom remodel, but I ultimately chose ISA and worked with Salvo. Throughout the project, Salvo was patient and attentive to our needs, even as we spent 3-4 months discussing the details. He addressed all of our questions and concerns, and his competitive pricing ultimately won us over. Rather than paying exorbitant fees of $500-$1,000 for patching and painting, we elected to do some of it ourselves. Salvo and his stepson, Julian, arrived to do the remaining work, and they were both extremely polite and family-oriented. They did an excellent job, though we are still waiting on some special order finishes, which they will return to install. Despite this, the bathroom already looks fantastic, and I wanted to leave a review to show my appreciation. Thank you, Salvo and Julian; we look forward to working with you again!
