Jan and his team were hired to undertake two tasks for us: (1) painting our new co-op apartment and (2) carrying out extensive renovations in both bathrooms of the apartment, including re-tiling the upstairs bathroom. Despite facing challenging working conditions (we live on the fifth floor of a walk-up and most of the work was on the hard-to-reach second floor of our duplex) and having a tight deadline, Jan managed to surpass our expectations by completing the project effectively within the allocated time. My wife and I are delighted with the outcome of the work, and we eagerly anticipate collaborating with Jan again on our next renovation project.
